Context
To strengthen feedback culture and support growth across my team, I established a recurring 360º review process. The initiative began in 2022 with a custom question set I designed and has since evolved into a standardized, repeatable practice in partnership with HR.

Existing HR 360º tools were designed only for managers, leaving individual contributors without a formal process.

Designed the original framework, including all survey questions and feedback categories.
Partnered with HR to adapt their manager-focused 360º templates into a format relevant for individual contributors.
Coordinated survey distribution and data collection across multiple cycles.
Leveraged AI tools to summarize open-text responses, ensuring anonymity while preserving nuance.
Facilitated 1:1 sessions with each team member to deliver insights and support development planning.

Designing the Framework
